meditate on every action, as if life depends on it (because it does); whatever the hand, voice, or body does, let it happen with as much presence as can be mustered in the moment, without expectation of outcome - leave all outcomes to the flow of Life; contemplate the source and nature of any action, which is often found to occur reflexively and spontaneously, no matter how responsive or reactive it might seem to be in awareness to the doer and the witness, according to the need or want of the moment (bonus: guilt and pride have no place in life when Life is found to be the source and cause of any action committed or performed: "I don't ever do life; life does me" -- there is no need to hold onto guilt or pride; increase awareness and integration through the witness in flow with life; when life calls for healing or balance, affirm the attitude that says "thank you, Life, for showing me this;" now situate yourself in the moment as the doing, not the doer (for example, "resting, allowing, flowing"); remind the voice that says "I am doing this, I am choosing that; I am thinking this, I am feeling that" to be the witness to what occurs: "it is not I who lives, but Life living in me, for me, through me, as me."
If I am the dance (Self as Art), then God is the dancer (Self as One).
